Cancellation Policy

Service Provider: Website design services are delivered by OmniHusk Ltd, an approved partner of Ghost Post Pro. All payments for these services must be made in advance before work begins. Payment Terms: Full payment, or an agreed deposit followed by scheduled instalments, is required before the commencement of any project work. Work will not start until payment has been received and cleared. Cancellations: Once payment has been made and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This protects the time, resources, and scheduling allocated to the project. Deliverables: All agreed project deliverables — including website files, design assets, and documentation — will be transferred to the client upon project completion, provided that full payment has been received. Rescheduling: Adjustments to project timelines or delivery schedules may be considered at the discretion of OmniHusk Ltd, but cannot be guaranteed. Acceptance of Policy: By making payment for website design services, the client confirms agreement to these terms and acknowledges that refunds will not be granted once work begins. Virtual Assistant (VA) Services – Delivery & Payment Policy Service Provider: Virtual Assistant services are delivered by OmniHusk Ltd. Payment Terms: Work is completed and then invoiced. Invoices are payable within 7 days (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled. Cancellations: Once a task or project has been completed and delivered, the time and resources cannot be reallocated. As such, no refunds will be issued after delivery. If a client cancels before work has begun, no charges will apply. Deliverables: All completed tasks, files, or administrative outputs will be returned to the client upon completion, provided that the invoice is paid in full within the agreed timeframe. Rescheduling: Task deadlines and schedules may be adjusted at the discretion of OmniHusk Ltd, an approved partner of Ghost Post Pro. Flexibility cannot be guaranteed, particularly for urgent or last-minute requests. Acceptance of Policy: By requesting VA services, the client agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility for timely payment of invoices issued after work is completed.
