Cancellation Policy
Service Provider: Editing services are delivered by an approved partner of Ghost Post Pro. All payments for these services are taken in advance before any work begins. Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront for all editing services. Work will not commence until payment has been received and cleared. Cancellations: In line with our 12-week program policy, once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This ensures that time, resources, and scheduling allocated to the client are protected. Deliverables: All properties related to the service — including pictures, files, and edited materials — will be returned to the client upon completion of the works, provided that full payment has been made. Rescheduling: Adjustments to timelines or delivery schedules may be accommodated at the discretion of the service provider but cannot be guaranteed. Acceptance of Policy: By making payment for editing services, the client confirms their agreement to these terms and acknowledges that no refunds will be granted.
