Cancellation Policy

Flexible Bookings: Sessions are booked on a flexible basis, subject to availability within the studio calendar. Minimum Commitment: All bookings require a minimum commitment of one week. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the start date. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. Resource Fee: The environmental/resource fee of £15 per booking date is non-refundable in all cases, as it covers fixed costs for utilities and upkeep. Rescheduling: Where possible, bookings may be rescheduled to another available date within the calendar at the studio’s discretion.
