Cancellation Policy
1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Ghost Post Pro Ltd, including but not limited to training programmes, Strategic Advisory Programmes, tiered social media services, and any other advisory or delivery-based services unless stated otherwise in writing. 2. Where services are delivered on an ongoing or tiered basis, the minimum service term is three (3) months unless otherwise agreed in writing. The service term does not pause due to client delays, non engagement, or failure to provide required materials. 3. Clients must provide accurate, current, and up-to-date information, content, access, assets, and approvals required for service delivery. Services rely on timely provision of such materials. Ghost Post Pro Ltd is not responsible for managing or chasing the client’s time, availability, or internal schedules. Failure to provide required information does not invalidate the agreement or entitle the client to a refund. 4. A reasonable time for client responses is defined as seven (7) to fourteen (14) calendar days. Continued failure to engage, repeated delays, or missed agreed start dates may be treated as non-engagement or abandonment of the service. 5.All fees paid are non-refundable. Services are time-reserved and capacity-based. Missed sessions, delayed onboarding, non-participation, or failure to provide updated information do not entitle the client to any refund. 6. Training places are non-refundable. Non-attendance or partial attendance does not entitle the client to a refund. Transfers or date changes are permitted solely at the discretion of Ghost Post Pro Ltd. 7. Advisory and tiered services are delivered on a time-based basis. Results are dependent on client implementation, platform behaviour, and market conditions. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. 8. Ghost Post Pro Ltd reserves the right to terminate services without refund where a client repeatedly fails to engage, provide required information, attend scheduled calls, or meet agreed obligations within reasonable timeframes. 9. All fees are payable as agreed and remain due regardless of service usage. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services without refund. 10. Ghost Post Pro Ltd is not liable for platform changes, algorithm updates, market conditions, or client implementation failures. Liability is limited to the total value of fees paid.
